CTS LanguageLink is seeking qualified telephonic interpreters for all languages and hours to join our growing Interpretation Department.

Successful candidates must possess a strong passion for success, an abundance of energy and a commitment to delivering superior client service.

Interpreters must have a dedicated landline in order to take telephonic calls. To qualify to work as a CTS LanguageLink Interpreter, you must be able to pass an English proficiency and target language proficiency test and have a minimum of two years of professional telephonic interpreting experience.

INSIDE SALES / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Job Description:

We are seeking a professional personality who is capable of communicating while wearing the telemarketing “sales hat.” This is not a traditional telemarketing job, as we do not utilize a traditional telemarketing approach. We take the time to consult with and understand our customers’ business. Candidates must be capable of truly understanding the benefits of our company and its impact on the client.

Job Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for creating sales opportunities on a national level.

  • Cold calling corporate contacts from a provided opportunity/lead list. Starting with a single source contact provided, you will be responsible for mining the company, identifying and searching for the appropriate employees to set an appointment, making the 1st contact, communicating with the decision makers, sending print materials, and scheduling over the phone and in person contacts for the sales team.
  • First line of sales – Once you have scheduled an appointment, you will be responsible for assessing the customer’s needs and communicating the collected information to the sales manager.
  • Working with the sales manager to establish new strategic customer prospects and lead sources within specific industries of interest.

  • At least 2 years MS Dynamics CRM data entry experience

  • You must type a minimum of 45 words per minute

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:

CTS LanguageLink is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our growing Interpretation Department in Vancouver, Washington. Successful candidates must possess a strong passion for success, an abundance of energy and a commitment to delivering superior client service.

Summary:

Answering calls and coordinating job requests for customers while providing telephone customer support services by performing the following duties:

• Take incoming calls from customers needing interpreters for appointments
• Answer multi-line phone system
• Data entry of job request information into company database
• Responsible for coordinating (available interpreters) to fill assignments and provide them with all needed information (job number, location, client, etc.)
• Complaint resolution

Education and/or Experience:

One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills:

Must have ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence, effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
