Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance Supervisor Handles all incoming customer calls related to Client Relations, sets-up all new customer accounts, and works with interpreter relations division and call center to communicate and handle customer feedback.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Quality Assurance Manager on anything related to customer service for clients
In charge of communication and set up of private label accounts
Back up call center when necessary
Assists in customer feedback resolution
Maintain and update client files
Perform all office functions and other reasonable, related duties as assigned or requested

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED required
Two years of Customer Service experience required
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to write simple correspondence
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
Knowledge of database software; spreadsheet software and word processing software
Basic computer programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer and Power Point

Call Center

Customer Service Representative (Vancouver, WA)
Day position/full-time. CTS LanguageLink, a Vancouver, Washington based language services provider, is seeking a customer service representative to join our growing call center.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Answering calls and coordinating job requests for customers and providing telephone customer support services.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take incoming calls from providers (customers) needing interpreters for over the phone
Answer multi-line phone system.
Data entry of job request information into company database for on-site requests.
Responsible for coordinating (finding available interpreters) to fill assignments and provide interpreter with all needed information
Complaint resolution

SKILL SET REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding customer service & professional telephone skills

Accounting

Accounts Receiveable / Collections (Part-time – 20 hours/week),

We are looking for a multi-talented individual with strong collections/customer service experience.   Successful candidates will have a great phone presence, excellent financial judgment, a customer service attitude, and commitment to teamwork in a sales-driven environment. We offer a competitive wage and benefit package and a fun, challenging work environment.

Candidate will be responsible for all accounts receivable tasks related to collecting payments from customers. This includes maintaining accurate customer correspondence files and contacting customers about their account. Works closely with customers, field reps and internal staff to establish and maintain positive, constructive relationships.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Reviews and works daily accounts receivable reports; daily calls to customers on aging reports.
Communicates with customers on any and all accounts receivable issues (short pays, open invoices, aged balances).
Resolves issues that arise causing delay in payment as well as initiating credits, debits and adjustments when necessary.
Process order approvals based on aging, payment history and communications with customer.
Documents all telephone calls and customer contact.
Reviews customer accounts and answers customer inquires regarding statements.
Maintains accounts receivable files.

Job Qualifications

High school diploma required.  Some college coursework or AA degree helpful.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must have at least one year experience working as a collector; 2-3 years of Collections and Credit is preferred.
Proficiency using MS Office (Word, Excel).
Accuracy and extremely detail oriented, with the ability to document customer communications.
Demonstrated courtesy and patience in customer relations.
Ability to problem solve, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Professional, clear and succinct communications skills, both orally and in writing.

Due to our tremendous growth, we are recruiting qualified and experienced In-House Interpreters to join our growing Interpretation Department. We are hiring for the following languages:

These are full-time, 40 hour per week positions with benefits offered. These are not Contract positions.

Telephonic Interpreters

CTS LanguageLink is seeking qualified telephonic interpreters for all languages and hours to join our growing Interpretation Department.

Successful candidates must possess a strong passion for success, an abundance of energy and a commitment to delivering superior client service.

Interpreters must have a dedicated landline in order to take telephonic calls. To qualify to work as a CTS LanguageLink Interpreter, you must be able to pass an English proficiency and target language proficiency test and have a minimum of two years of professional telephonic interpreting experience.
