CTS LanguageLink Adds to Growing Sales Department

June 22, 2010 (Vancouver, Washington) – CTS LanguageLink, a leading 10 services provider, has recently added new key members to its rapidly growing Sales Department, under the management of Kimila Johnson, Director of Sales. Jeff Paugh, recently named Western Regional Sales Manager, is a seasoned sales executive selling multi-million dollar contracts for hardware, software, consulting and professional services to a range of enterprise clients. Most recently Jeff was a Regional Manager selling video language interpretation services to acute care hospitals in the western United States. Jeff will be based in Southern California, near to many of CTS LanguageLink’s key clients.
The second key hire is Laurie Dumm, who will serve as Proposal Writer for CTS LanguageLink. She will be responsible for the research, proposal development and submission of Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI). Laurie has extensive technical writing experience which includes handling proposal development for a national transportation engineering firm in her most recent position.
Stacy Gould, a CTS LanguageLink employee since 2008, joined the sales team in March as Business Development Executive. She previously worked in the Interpretation Call Center handling interpretation requests for a growing customer base. Stacy is now responsible for the development of leads and sales through telemarketing, handling follow up, scheduling appointments and providing ongoing support for the Sales team.
Lastly, our former Business Development Executive, Kelly Amsdill, was promoted to Quote Manager. He is now responsible for handling new quote requests for both the translation and interpretation divisions.

Referral Program:

• All current and former customers are eligible. 
• All freelance contractors (interpreters, translators), business partners and vendors are eligible.
• For every referral that results in a new customer relationship, the referrer will receive a $25 gift card of choice.
• Referrals for private party requests do not apply.
• Gift cards will be issued upon receipt of the new customer order or signed quote.
