How to Access Interpretation Services

Step 1:
Create your job request on the Labor and Industries Client Portal

To service your LEP client, you must have a valid Labor and Industries claim number.

Pre-schedule your job request on our Client Portal:
https://www.ctslanguagelink.com/int/laborandindustries

Once logged in, you will be directed to the Client Portal homepage. Make your job type selection, fill out the necessary information and hit “Submit”. If you do not have your login code, contact us at 1-877-626-0678 and press "9" to speak with a Customer Service Representative.

New Telephonic Job
Create a new pre-scheduled telephonic (over-the-phone) interpretation job.

New On-site Job
Create a new on-site interpretation job.

As a Labor and Industries provider, you must complete the following fields in order for us to process your request:

  • Claim number
  • Date of injury
  • Subject first name
  • Subject last name
  • Referring physician
  • Referring physician provider number
  • Date of birth
  • Employer name

Once all information has been gathered, you will receive your Job number. Keep this job number with you to refer to when you call for your interpreter. Also, be sure to note your pre-scheduled call date and time.
