Telephonic Interpreters
CTS LanguageLink is seeking qualified telephonic interpreters for all languages and hours to join our growing Interpretation Department. Successful candidates must possess a strong passion for success, an abundance of energy and a commitment to delivering superior client service.
Interpreters must have a dedicated landline in order to take telephonic calls. To qualify to work as a CTS LanguageLink Interpreter, you must be able to pass an English proficiency and target language proficiency test as well as have a minimum of two years professional telephonic interpreting experience.

Customer Service Representative
CTS LanguageLink is seeking Customer Service Representatives for our headquarters in Vancouver, WA to join our growing Interpretation department. Successful candidates must possess a strong passion for success, an abundance of energy and a commitment to delivering superior client service.
Summary:
Answering calls and coordinating job requests for customers while providing telephone customer support services by performing the following duties:
- Take incoming calls from providers (customers) needing interpreters for appointments
- Answer multi-line phone system
- Data entry of job request information into company database
- Responsible for coordinating (finding available interpreters) to fill assignment and provide interpreter with all needed information (job number, location, client, etc.)
- Complaint resolution
Education and/or Experience:
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Must have ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence, effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
