Editing
The following are the steps involved in sound editing:

Clean up breathing

Lip noises

Noises in between phrases

Creation of in/out fades

Lower levels of some P, K, Js, etc

Stretching dialogue as needed, etc

Mixing
The following are the steps involved in the mixing process:

Layback
The following are the steps involved in the layback:

Patching

Set Tones' levels @ -20dB

Record 1 minute of tones before program

Adjust program to appropriate levels on the Master
