How to Get Started with On-Site Interpreting Services

We know how busy our clients are. So, we’ve tried to make it quick and easy for everyone to set up an account with us. Here’s what to do:

Step 1:

Request a quote for interpreting services.

You have a few options here:

  • Complete our quote form here. This is the best way to request ongoing services.

  • Call one of our Customer Service Representatives for help at +1 866-610-1338. This is the best way to request immediate assistance.

Step 2:

We will provide you with a quote. If you accept it, we will create your account within 24 hours and notify you accordingly.

Step 3:

Start using our professional interpreter services.

  • Call us at the toll-free number provided in your account confirmation email.
  • Be prepared to provide our call center agent with:

    • Your account number
    • Your name
    • The language(s) needed
    • Client contact information, if you need us to call them
    • Event details (date, hours, subject matter)

    We’ll arrange for your on-site interpreter and will receive confimation information from us once we have filled your assignment.
